Rebooted after an update and now it gets stuck after GRUB.
I was on linux54 and also tried with linux510 kernel, didn’t work. I can’t even get into TTY.
I booted a live usb and mounted the drive via chroot and pacman says everything is up to date and no conflicting packages. What to do now?
Boot the live ISO again, open a terminal window, enter
inxi -Fza
and post the output here.

Have you interrupted the update process?
No, the update completed without errors.
Your system logs looks unobtrusive. I would run GParted from a live ISO and have the main partitions checked.
Everything looks fine in gparted. I really don’t get it what’s happening.
“Looking fine” is not the same as using the “check partition” functionality of GParted.
GParted 1.3.1
configuration --enable-libparted-dmraid --enable-online-resize

Try what is described here:
I’ve tried everything from the thread,
CTRL
+ ALT
+ Fn
doesn’t work so I chrooted from live usb. No new packages found with packman. I also reinstalled the graphics drivers and nothing new happened. The laptop is still flickering the logo on boot and I just get a flickering underscore at the top left corner of my screen. It doesn’t let me to open the terminal or nothing.
I disabled lightdm and I managed to boot but now I don’t know how to get the greeter again.
