Steam streaming videos don't work

I thought I had this problem like a year ago and was able to resolve it but I can’t seem to find anything about it searching.

Steam videos work on the store page, but streaming video in Steam client doesn’t work.

This is a bug inside steam (and maybe running with wayland). thanks friend… this works. I’m pretty sure I had this problem before on my last install but I couldn’t find the answer.
