I recently switched from using steam-runtime to steam-native, due to the freetype bug that was recently resolved. After not running steam-runtime for a while, I now notice that it seems to launch steam-native every time no matter what. I’ve tried running STEAM_RUNTIME=1 steam-runtime just to try to force it, but the window that launches always says Steam (Native).
There’s a chance that everything is working fine but the window is simply mislabeled for some reason, but I’m unable to confirm. It appears to be running steam-runtime in the logs, but maybe I’m missing something.
