kvantum-theme-matchama hasn’t been in the repos for quite some time now. Remove it or install the AUR version as it was just updated today to fix that issue. Either way, the theme is unmaintained and hasn’t been touched in about three years. I suggest using a theme that is actively updated.

Then I’d just start by nuking kvantum-theme-matchama, running the update (I use pamac upgrade --force-refresh --enable-downgrade --aur --devel - reliable for a year now) and then look at whether I can grab the theme again.
