Welcome to the forum!

Yes, you can. There are several SQL frameworks in the repository, among which postgresql and mysql.

MySQL at the Arch Wiki

PostgreSQL at the Arch Wiki

I think they mean Microsoft SQL Server. That’s mssql-server (in AUR).

Yes this is what i mean. I found the repository in aur archlinux org. But how to actually download it?? Thanks

pamac build mssql-server

Ah thank you, let me try that and I’ll let you know by then!

It appears that i have already download it. But i don’t know the name of the application in the search bar thing. Can anyone give me the name so i can open it?

Um, type “sql”, maybe? :stuck_out_tongue:

That said, I don’t think it’s meant to be run as a desktop application. But then again, I know nothing about that stuff ─ I don’t do Windows or MS software.

Maybe some documentation will help.

Ah yes it appears that the SQL Server is not a desktop application. You need to install the text editor and the tools to use the server. Thank you very much for the help!
