I’m forced to agree. Without sufficient supporting information provided, we enter the realm of vague guesswork, at best.
My immediate guesses include;
- Broken theme configuration or file(s).
- Manjaro was installed without first checking the ISO for consistency; a damaged may result in problems that are impossible to predict, despite the OS installation completing without issue.
