I believe I meant to ask if the issue was on both Wayland and X11; some restored X11 after KDE disabled it. No matter.

I forced shutdown with the power button. Ugh.

REISUB/REISUO needs to be configured before it can be used - From memory, it might not be clear in the tutorial. If it isn’t, I’m sure someone will help out.
