So everytime i mount a usb device i hear the clicking sound like normal, but it repeats itself every couple of seconds, i need to change audio outputs to fix it. Now this is only a temporary fix but i don’t want it to happen in general, so has anyone experienced this before? Maybe someone who knows what the problem is?

inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --widthwould be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)

the output of
journalctl --system --boot=-1 --priority=warning --followfrom the moment you plug the USB device into your system until the second click would be helpful as well.
