Sound issues after last update

Hiya, after updating i seem to be having some issues with my sound.

neither my analogue or spdif are consistently not outputing audio

On occasion sound will work from my monitors built in speakers but not consistently,

I’ve made a few logs using the manjaro log helper, Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

Heres what my Alsa mixer looks like

Edit: nvm - the left and right was just playing through monitor, disabling montior in pavucontroll leaves me with no audio

Update - Ive managed to solve the problem by going into KDE and manually disabling all the other audio outputs, I assume it is a problem with having both kde and gnome installed.

I will mark this thread as solved
