It will be helpful if you can provide some bootlogs.
Add earlycon loglevel=7 in boot partitions extlinux/extlinux.conf
Share the boot log for us to understand what it happening in the background.

Once you update system:
sudo pacman -Syu
Probably it will download the new drivers, and will detect the integrated wifi on the pine64 module.
That’s what happened to me, and it worked.
