Some mentioned packages in the `iso-profiles` repo are actually absent in Manjaro packages repos

Indeed. Those are unmaintained profiles. The nightly ISOs build.

unmaintained, but actulally used profiles?

perhaps shared is shared between all DEs.
kde used for kde DE ISO image.

I used this repo to build user ISO with my current command of
buildiso -p kde -a x86_64 -b unstable -k linux61 -v -t ~/Desktop
(described here: Build Manjaro ISOs with buildiso - Manjaro)

and I found that mentioned packages are absent in every of 4 Manjaro repos.
Perhaps could be removed as garbage by these days.
