Some fixes for Manjaro ARM linux package and manjaro-arm-installer

I have encountered some issues with Manjaro ARM linux package and manjaro-arm-installer, but my registration on Manjaro GitLab failed.

@linux-aarhus ( How to register an account on the Manjaro GitLab? - #2 by linux-aarhus ) asked me to provide an external repository and branch to fix these problems.

  1. fix firmware load warning and issue in linux package
  2. fix typo in manjaro-arm-installer
