Skyloong GK64 keyboard not working (usb connected) with my laptop

Hello!
My new keyboard (Skyloong GK64) not working with my laptop via USB at all (but with my other laptop it works fine).
OS: Manjaro xfce 21.2.6, kernel 5.15.32.
Laptop: MSI GFxx (don’t remember which one), Intel core i7, Nvidia geforce 1650 (4 gb).

here is the output of ‘dmesg -w’ when I plug in a keyboard via USB:

Is this a problem with my bios, USB (driver) or something else?

I have basically same type of keyboard and it works all fine

Surprisingly, it works with my very old laptop (win10, Manjaro), but not with the new one. I can’t figure out what’s going on. Is the problem in hardware or in the operating system?
