I assume you are using stable branch cause you profile says so.
If your system is the intel 13700 then you may have one of the processors with the overvolting issue which has been discussed in a few topics.
I believe there is a microcode update planned from Intel - as I recall in August - but when I don’t know.
For plasma issues - unless you are a hardcore gamer - I will recommend switching to unstable and sync the system to linux610 and Plasma 6.1.3
