With gnome ok, in KDE, does not plays. I dunno what’s the reason, tried with VPN/on/off, all te same.
What’s the output running shortwave from the terminal? “Does not plays” does not tell us anything.

Output is nothing. It recognizes stations, that is load them but then when I hit play it just reports error in button. Dunno how to get more detailed log.
I repeat, it works ok from other DE’s.
Mistery is solved. KDE uses separate proxy settings, and I switched proxies leaving in KDE old one.
What puzzles me is that I didn’t have problem with eg Mozilla.
