"Shaking Cursor" entry under "System Settings -> Accessibility" missing

Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version 6.3.0 missing this entry. KDE Neon has it, Kubuntu (beta) has it.

I’m on 6.3 and it’s not missing for me.

I can also repeat that it is available here.
The feature has been present since … if not Plasma 6.0, then at least Plasma 6.1.

The option is under an ‘Accessibility’ kcm now …

Irrespective of when the Shake Cursor option first appeared in Plasma’s System Settings, it certainly seems to exist in Plasma 6.2.5-1 currently available in the Stable branch:

On my system it did not appear under X11 but as soon as I switched to Wayland. May be worth a trial.
