Second monitor not recognized

Hello guys,
I installed manjaro and i got stuck on this problem. My second monitor is not recognized. I already updated de kernel that I was using and installed the nvidea-graphics provided by sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300 which is video-hybrid-amd-nvidia-prime -but it seems not to work. Can someone help me ?

and you’ll see that you’re using the internal graphics. to use the external port of your laptop you have to switch to nvidia

note: if glxinfo isn’t avaiable you’ll need to install the package mesa-utils (but it should be installed)

How can I switch to N-vidia ?

install optimus-manager from package-manager and follow the linked instructions:

in fact SGI is the internal GPU

I guess I already swapped to Nvidia GPU but the monitor is not recognized as well.

I used optimus-manager --switch nvidia and it warned me that I was swapping to Nvidia and then my computer kinda rebooted.

also runned xrandr --listproviders and got:

Actually now the 2nd monitor started working, I executed the optimus-manager --switch nvidia command again and it worked

pay attention and check also the /etc/sddm.conf file and do the “#” as described here:

Manjaro ships with a default configuration for SDDM (the default login manager for KDE) which overrides some keys needed by optimus-manager. To use optimus-manager, you need to edit the file /etc/sddm.conf and simply put a # before the line starting with DisplayCommandand the one starting with DisplayStopCommand.
