In Display Configurations, I have the laptop screen as primary and a secondary display on my only HDMI port. The laptop screen is marked as primary but I have had the secondary screen as primary for the last while. On disconnecting the display, the toolbar doesn’t appear on my laptop. It only appears on my second display when I plug that in. Now, without the second screen, even after reboot, the toolbar only appears if the second screen is plugged in.
Fixed. I edit the toolbar and dragged it over to the primary display. Then when I use the Display Configuration settings it follows the primary again. I 100% never moved that.
