Hi,
I have a freshly installed KDE (minimal). The system is fully updated. The scrolling is choppy in all the applications (browsers, file manager etc). When scrolling, it just move some lines in a chunk. I have tried kernel linux54 and 58 and even the latest rc. I appreciate your help for any solution.
