Scroll wheel inputing in terminal

Hello, I recently installed leftwm on my Manjaro plasma. I then installed alacritty as a terminal for better support with leftwm. All of a sudden now, in any terminal or any desktop environment my mouse scroll wheel inputs randomness in my terminal. Along with this the terminal window does not scroll but all other windows scroll.

Ex input:
64;103;18M
This is one input from one wheel “notch” so to speak.

For specifics I’m running this OS on a a hp-2000 laptop with a jelly comb Bluetooth mouse.

Just figured it out. I was creating a CLI tool in Rust. My program wasn’t disabling the mouse capture properly.
