Screens not starting on bootup

imgur com/a/Sy8etgX

When I start up my pc only my leftmost screen starts up and then is glitchy as shown in the video linked above. So when I start my pc I have to go to the settings and change the display settings to have all three monitors on, and even that doesn’t work flawlessly as shown. To get my third monitor to work I have to Enable it, disable it, and then enable it again for it to work “properly”. After that there is still an pixel thick line bleeding over to the monitor next that I have to fix by moving the screen in the settings menu and then move back.

While I might not know how to fix the screen issue, mine is working fine, I can tell you these errors show that your locale isn’t set up correctly. Please see:

Hope you manage!

Don’t want to start another thread, as this seems to be the absolute same issue for me, with a bit more quirkiness.

During boot, the third display is active (and showing an image) only until the moment I pass the login screen. After login, it goes black, and the display settings show the ‘Enabled’ checkbox unchecked. So I check it and enable the third monitor manually - which doesn’t always work btw.

When it does, I also get the same one pixel bleeding line, until manual repositioning in display settings.
Additionally, my refresh rate is apparently incorrect - it says 60Hz (the third display rating), but the picture shivers, so I need to set it to 50Hz, and then back to 60Hz - and then it is OK.
Also, I don’t remember ever seeing 50Hz as an option before. I think I used to have 59 and 60 Hz only - and both were always working identically (to my eyes at least, i.e without flickering).

When the monitor gets disconnected (to be used as a TV), all these settings are lost, and have to be re-done.

It used to be (three updates ago) that my preferred three monitor settings were applied as soon as the third monitor gets connected. Otherwise my two monitor setup would be in effect.
It worked great without any manual setting up required - besides the initial setup in display settings.

What was changed, what do I change and where?
I tried looking at various configuration files in .config, /etc/,
 but haven’t found anything.

The fact that the refresh rate is incorrect tells me that something is not being detected properly, and it is not a configuration file error - which was always working.
I might be wrong though.

Anyone has any experience with troubleshooting this?

EDIT: The two monitors which are always fine are connected via DVI, and the third is using HDMI - which might also be the case for the OP @MisterKrister above.
