i have a sony kdl-32s4000 connected to my laptop with a type a hdmi cable and i got screen tear in settings i cant change the refresh rate of the dysplay unless i change the resolution and i get screen tear on my laptop dysplay too
i dont know how important it is but on the sony display the screen tear is a horizontal line that gets lower on the screen as it goes to right
