Screen sharing / recording not working

hi, I am new to noob to linux, so please pardon me if I am missing anything.

My screen sharing is not working, plus even the screen recording is not working, I saw in blogs that there some option in the gnome to record screen but somehow I am not able to see that option, when we hit the PtrScr button the only option i see is to capture the screen there is no option to record the screen.

Please let me know what i can do to resolve these.
Thanks

Install gst-plugin-pipewire and gst-plugin-good. You probably also need switch to pipewire.

Interesting. You run the gpu with the generic vesa driver? Why? Did you install it because more is better or is the native driver buggy? Probably installed it with the “Manjaro Settings”?

didn’t work

don’t know maybe accidentally installed it mostly by “Manjaro Settings”

Then remove video-vesa, video-linux and maybe video-modesetting is all you need. By default, video-vesa will be the first driver which will be loaded.

Removed others

but still screen sharing and recording is an issue

now the graphic is
inxi -G

In other words, you switched from PulseAudio to PipeWire. That is neither made clear in the linked upstream issue nor here. Please correct it in both places otherwise it will help no one.
