Screen remains black when powering on the pc (and random crashes when streaming video)

My Zotac mini pc (Manjaro Linux) fails to power on about 30-40% of the time.

Mostly, the power LED turns from red (plugged in, power available) to green - which normally means it would boot - but the screen remains black, nothing else happens. A couple times it even failed to turn green. I’m also unable to turn it off using the power button in both these cases.

I then switch off power to the extension cable it is plugged in to, and after switching back on, it’ll boot normally.

Since a longer time, it’s been crashing and rebooting randomly when streaming video - I was able to get rid of that issue be playing with kernel versions, display server and such, but it came back a week ago or so.

Can you help me diagnose if I’ll just have to throw it away soon, or maybe a component is busted that I can replace for a reasonable cost? Maybe there’s a chance the PSU is bad or sth.?
