When a window is demaximized glitches blinking around window or on second monitor. When I disable maximize animation screen effect its OK.
Ah, so another reason to disable extra animation “effects”.

Your problem sounds like this bug report. Some of the other reports that have been marked as duplicates there have more info. There doesn’t seem to be any fix available yet apart from disabling the effect that is causing the problem.
