Screen freezes on initial dual boot selection screen

Hello,

I’m new here and relatively new to Linux.

I recently installed Manjaro KDE on my Windows 10 laptop (actually installed it 3 times. Each time with the same boot problem) without any issues. However, once the installation is complete and I reboot I am unable to get past the initial dual boot selection screen. I can’t select or change the selection for Manjaro or Windows, edit boot options, or enter the Grub command line. The 5-second timer is also frozen.

The only way to enter Manjaro is to boot up with the live USB select Detect EFI boot loaders > Manjaro/Grubx64.efi > Manjaro Linux. I have disabled secure boot and fast startup.

Here are my basic laptop specs. Please let me know if I can provide any more information (and how I might find it please).

HP Spectre X360
Intel i7-10750H
Geforce GTX 1650 Ti

Manjaro 21.2.3
KDE 5.23.5
Kernel 5.16.7

Please forgive me if this has already been resolved somewhere. I couldn’t find anything that spoke specifically to my issue. I tried attaching an image of the frozen screen but I don’t think it is allowed.

Thank you!

Here is some additional info.
