hello, I recently installed kde {ex windows} on my wife’s hp laptop and once installed the screen resolution is 1920x1080, on certain websites outlook emails, forge of empires are examples, the fonts are really small, and difficult to read.
i have an acer aspire laptop which is 1366x768 and when i visit the same sights they are very easy to read.
is there something in our settings that could be done to rectify this? any help appreciated.
i have tried different screen resolutions on her laptop to no avail, 1920x1080 seems to be the right setting, the laptop is a hp laptop - A710HE15
There should be something in the GUI settings where you can change the scaling.
It’s because it’s a smaller resolution, probably same screen size, so everything is bigger.
Because the resolution is high for a smaller screen size, so you’d want to change the scaling.
Or simply increase the font size…
thanks all, solved
I have same problem. I set the resolution to 1280x720. But now all is blurry
How do you solved it?
