Hello, guys.
So, I have a problem. My session in KDE Plasma is not being saved. I have dualboot with win11 and have no swap memory (could that be a problem?). When I save session, only firefox opens where it was before. No signal-desktop, no spotify, no discord, nothing I have tried. I tried to run following commands, that helped me on another PC, but no success.
chmod -R 777 ~/.config/
chmod -R 777 ~/.local/share/
Any ideas?

What is the output of cat .config/ksmserverrc?
Simply put: not all applications have Plasma integration (unlike others like e.g. Firefox) and therefore will not autostart.
You can add those to Autostart on login in the System Settings
