Samsung Galaxy Buds no sound when paired

There is no sound from the galaxy buds. I have confirmed sound works on my phone.

The buds are already paired and controls (like tapping on the galaxy buds to pause media works). The audio widget on KDE shows that sound is “being played” on the galaxy buds with the bar indicating volume level moving back and forth.
The current profile that is being used is A2DP Sink: AAC.
I have not tried using HSP/HFP.
I have installed manjaro-bluetooth and replaced pulseaudio-bluetooth with pulseaudio-modules-bt but this did not fix the issue.

Hell, you have both running? I think this will clearly lead to confusion on who will handle what. It could be that your buds is connected to pipewire but your system outputs audio through pulseaudio.
