RStudio does not start after Manjaro update

RStudio does not start anymore after the latest Manjaro’s update. All what I get is an irresponsive black window.

I already tried to reinstall rstudio-desktop-bin and rstudio-desktop-daily-bin, but the problem persists.
Looking into $HOME/.local/share/rstudio/log/rdesktop.log, I found the following error message:

2022-03-01T17:54:45.058572Z [rdesktop] ERROR Main window closed unexpectedly; LOGGED FROM: rstudio::desktop::MainWindow::closeEvent(QCloseEvent*)::<lambda(QVariant)> src/cpp/desktop/DesktopMainWindow.cpp:524

Apparently, the problem was already reported here, but no answer was provided.

Any idea on how to solve the problem?

It’s probably due to the glibc update. Older Electron apps are not fully compatible with it. The workaround right now is to open the app with --no-sandbox parameter. See the latest comments in the AUR package’s page: AUR (en) - rstudio-desktop-bin
