Wonder whether ext4 is the best choice for the root partition on Manjaro ARM. Other file systems may make provide a better fit - F2FS would be the simplest choice, maybe BTRFS. Not sure what’s going on in this regard with Manjaro x86_64. I remember reading this forum thread on implementing a default BTRFS setup in Calamares a while back:
