Raspberry Pi Foundation has deprecated support for FKMS, so you should use KMS.

Guessing yo just have a typo but your subject of this thread says: rPi 4: vca-kms-v3d or vca-fkms-v3d and it should be:

rPi 4: vc4-kms-v3d or vc4-fkms-v3d
