Right click of my Logitech M585/590 mouse sometimes not working

Right click of my Logitech M585/590 mouse sometimes not working, for example, no right-click menu in Dolphin.

System information: System: Host: ThinkPad Kernel: 5.17.0-1-MANJARO arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compile - Pastebin.com

How old is it?

That is a relevant question

I have worn out several mice - solely because the buttons - which at some point no longer has the elasticity as the had when they were new.

My expensive Razor mices I have found a way to breathe extra life into by gently applying heat to ‘mouse’ buttons while bending them back in a shape where they work as expected.

I start using it since September 2020

I don’t know if this is my mouse’s fault or the kernel’s fault. As this mouse works successfully on Windows and it is hard to reproduce this bug (it happens about … 1 time a week?), I think it is the kernel’s fault.

AFAIK the design of Logitech mice have an “issue” that, on the long run, clicks do not materially connect correctly, making them seem clicks are not registered.
But your mouse seems still young…
