Manjaro is not using that due to MHWD. Only if you have an nvidia GPU there will be something in /etc/X11/mhwd.d/nvidia.conf
In order to not go on a speculation path, please consider this and share that information

Ok, I went into /etc/X11/mhwd.d/nvidia.conf
What am I doing here?
Where do I write the resolution?
video card : nvidia.
