I did some searching on the forum and the solution marked here did not work for me.
What should I do?
can you report
uname -a
sudo mhwd-kernel -li
sudo mhwd -li
sudo ls /etc/mkinitcpio.d/*.preset
uname -a
Linux rohan 5.7.19-2-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Aug 28 20:22:12 UTC 2020 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The following kernels are installed in your system:
Installed PCI configs:
NAME VERSION FREEDRIVER TYPE
video-linux 2018.05.04 true PCI
video-modesetting 2020.01.13 true PCI
/etc/mkinitcpio.d/linux54.preset /etc/mkinitcpio.d/linux57.preset
sudo pacman -Syyu
sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux510
sudo mkinitcpio -P ( check that all is correct )
if you have no nvidia
sudo mhwd -a pci free 0300
if you have a nvidia
sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300
reboot on linux5.10 or 5.4 then remove linux57
sudo mhwd-kernel -r linux57
I did run all the commands. Manjaro wont boot now Iḿ stuck into a black screen. I did login with a live cd, now I get:

sudo manjaro-chroot -a
uname -a

mhwd -li
exit ( quit chroot )
