Removing initial panel

I have installed Manhjaro KDE. After updating I installed Latte-dock and customized it.
Now, I want to remove the initial dock that I still can see. The problem is that I can remove it but after restart or reboot the initial dock appears again.

Remove Latte from autostart in system settings Startup and Shutdown > Autostart

Sorry, I misunderstood. You want delete default KDE panel not Latte panel Go to Startup and Shutdown > Desktop session and set Restore previous session in On Login section. Panel shouldn’t returning after that.
