hi, am quite new to all of this, but I was wondering if there’s a possibility that Manjaro will be able to run on a Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro? Runs Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with 8GB RAM, its a really great and powerful android tablet but i feel like having a desktop OS could unlock its full capabilities hindered by its mobile oriented OS. While it is true that there is support this ARM platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Sees Timely Support With The Mainline Linux 5.17 Kernel - Phoronix it is not quite easy to replace the Android OS without hacks. Even if, Manjaro and ArchLinux don’t have Builds for that platfrom. Every ARM Device needs special requirements and therefore it needs a special image.
End of the story: Could be possible, but would be a do-it-yourself project.
