Realtek RTL8111F PCIe Network Card Issues - Slow System Boot & Constant Red Light On Card?

Hi,

I put in a “Realtek RTL8111F” PCIe network card into my desktop.
Desktop runs current (stable) Manjaro KDE Plasma.

My system takes over 1 minute to boot.
Also I notice that there is a constant red light on the above network card?
Any ideas about the above?

Network card appears to work, just need help with slow boot/red light
Thanks!

NOTE: Sorry, forgot system info below:

Have you tried the realtek 8168 driver that is appropriate for your kernel? You will have to blacklist the R8169 driver which is currently in use.

sudo pacman -S linux612-r8168

Blacklist:

su -c "echo 'blacklist r8169' > /etc/modprobe.d/99-8169blacklist.conf"

Reboot

Ok, slow boot resolved - system boots fast now.
Still have a constant red light though?
Any other ideas about the red light?

It can mean anything - check with the vendors website

Check your UEFI/BIOS.
Check with a different cable.
If you are dual-booting Windows, make sure that Windows is completely shutdown, Fast start and hibernation is disabled.
If you are now using the r8168 driver is the speed 1000 Mbps like it was before? (inxi -n --filter)
