Realtek Audio not working

Hello, i have the latest Manjaro installed. But my Realtek HD Audio is not working. Any ideas how to get it fixed? Thank you

Can you post inxi -Fza on console ?

Here is the audio part of your command. i cannot send more because then the forum said no links allowed

This Notebook has an Realtek ALC3247 Audio Chip

Can you post the output of alsamixer on console ?
Are you running Pulseaudio or Pipewire ?

Where can i see if i run Pulseaudio or Pipewire?

When i type
sudo dmseg

This shows:

[ 18.718941] BUG?
[ 18.718945] WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 26 at sound/pci/hda/hda_controller.c:756
azx_single_send_cmd+0xd9/0x1a0 [snd_hda_codec]

And this from the audio tool

I run pulseaudio

Can you choose default:0 HD-Audio Generic from the list ?

Tried already, still no sound. And the default:0 HD-Audio Generic is the ATI AMD Chip but not the Realtek Chip.

On my old Laptop the standard device is pulseaudio, why not in the new one

Based on the limited data posted so far and no explanation beyond “not working” it is impossible to determine what issue might be affecting audio playback

Both Pulseaudio and Pipewire are running.
This does not work.
You need to uninstall one of them.

Problem found. The speakers was set to mute. And thats why no audio device was shown. Switched it on and now the audio device was shown. Really strange. Now it works perfectly. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I was too optimistic. The soundproblem is back. I have resolved the problem with the two soundservers running at the same time
