Really strange sound with VLC AC3 audio

Hi all,
since approximately a month, VLC can’t properly play AC3 audio streams. It works well with AAC. Those AC3 streams play well on MPV. It looks like it’s since I switched to pipewire.

Have a look at the video to see exactly what I’m talking about.

Does anyone have the same issue?

I just deleted the ~/.config/vlc and it worked.
