Raytracing with RDNA3 card (was working with RDNA2)

Hey, i’ve been gaming on Manjaro quite a while now and recently switched from a 6750xt to a 7900gre.
Since then i can’t launch any games with raytracing enabled anymore. It just shows a black screen. When i disable raytracing everything works fine. The games also seem to recognize the card having raytracing abilities correctly, because the settings ingame are enabled.
I didn’t change anything on my system and it worked with my previous card (even if it had terrible performance).

System info gathered from neofetch:

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64
Host: MS-7B86 5.0
Kernel: 6.6.16-2-MANJARO
Uptime: 12 mins
Packages: 1428 (pacman), 39 (flatpak)
Shell: bash 5.2.26
Resolution: 1920x1080
DE: Plasma 5.27.10
WM: kwin
Theme: [Plasma], Breeze [GTK2/3]
Icons: [Plasma], breeze [GTK2/3]
Terminal: konsole
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D (16) @ 3.400GHz
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX 7900 XT/7900 XTX/7900M
Memory: 4650MiB / 32019MiB

My Mesa version is 23.3.5, i also have vulkan-radeon(+ lib32 version) installed.
Launch options used in steam:

VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr11 VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_1

Any idea why it might not work?

VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2 VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr %command%

This didn’t resolve the issue

I even switched branches from stable to unstable and updated my system, because the newer Mesa versions seem to have some ray tracing fixes, but that didn’t help either.

I just found https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/10725
so it’s propably just a mesa issue and doesn’t have anything to do with manjaro
