Hallo dear Manjaro Community, this is my first topic here, therefore I appreciate your time and patience.
I’m having persistent issues with my NVIDIA Quadro M4000 GPU on Manjaro. Despite successfully installing the latest NVIDIA proprietary driver, the system continues to report the driver as “N/A” and uses the Nouveau driver instead.Moreover all the DP are not working at all.
I’ve tried the following steps:
Installed the latest NVIDIA driver: I’ve used the mhwd tool to install the latest stable NVIDIA driver for my kernel.Rebooted the system: I’ve rebooted the system multiple times after the installation.Upgraded the driver: I’ve tried upgrading the NVIDIA driver.Reinstalled the driver: I’ve tried reinstalling the NVIDIA driver multiple times.
Despite these efforts, the system still reports the driver as “N/A”. I’ve also checked the system logs for any error messages, but haven’t found anything relevant.
