Python-sip4 not updating

Right now the update manager is saying there is one update for python-sip4 currently at version 4.19.25-4 and to update it to 4.19.25-5.

I do the update and the transaction completes successfully. But not really. The installed version is still 4.19.25-4.

So, how do I fix this? Do I even need this package?

Most likely not. Arch dropped it to the AUR last September. Check and see if anything depends on it:

pacman -Qi python-sip4
