Problem with KDE Panel on unstable

I am on unstable using Plasma.
This could be due to the latest update but I don’t see anyone talking about it.
After logging in and about after a minute or so the panel becomes unresponsive.
Cannot right click on the desktop either.

I have run the following command from the command line and then the panel starts working correctly.

systemctl restart sddm

Evidently a false alarm.
System seems to be working fine now.
Not sure why it was doing what it was doing or how it is fixed now.
