During the update there was a conflict with electron used by the deckboard program, after removing the program and performing a system update. The programs’ windows were damaged, some programs and the gnome interface have a transparent icon.

During the update a conflict with electron… so you removed electron? all of electron or specific electron packages? maybe electron, electron31, electron 27, not too clear. Pasted terminal output works better.
After removing ‘the program’ - do we assume you removed electron, or that you removed deckboard?
You should tell us.
Did you rebuild deckboard?
Nothing is clear here.
Only the one required by Deckboard. Electron 29 i Deckboard have been deleted.
Now that you have completed the update successfully, if you wish, you can build deckboard-bin
again from the AUR.
According to pamac
search results, Deckboard uses the ‘system-wide’ Electron (if installed during the update); at present, that would be electron34
.
However, you can also install the meta-package electron
which installs the current Electron version.
If this information doesn’t help you, then please clearly describe your issue so that those wishing to help are not forced to make a vague guess.
Please also provide system information as requested.
