something was happend but I can’t find solution.
I have no problem with unicode in Firefox browser (the 3rd column)
but in Opera and Vivaldi, I lost proper fonts
Font settings are the same in all browsers.
Has anyone an idea?

Visible in both browsers on my end.
Install noto-fonts-emoji. Relaunch browser. If doesn’t work then step 2.
Add the contents of this file in ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf. Also see this Improve Font Rendering - Manjaro
