hey I’m using manjaro with xfce desktop
I just installed dolphin file manager because I love it
It seems that dolphin has its own icons for folders and it doesn’t pick icons which is set from xfce appearence settings
any idea to solve this??
Dolphin is a qt-based application ─ it is the default file manager of KDE Plasma ─ while you are running XFCE, which is gtk-based. You probably need to install qt5ct to make any changes to the appearance of qt-based applications. 
pamac install qt5ct
… or…
sudo pacman -S qt5ct
