I have just upgraded Manjaro OS/Plasma on my Raspberry Pi4, and all seems well, but the move from Plasma5 to Plasma6 has changed the display in Claws Mail, so that selected folders and e-mails are now highlighted in a dark blue, which makes the lines unreadable. Claws Preferences/DIsplay/Colours does not seem to have any option to change this. Does anybody out there have a solution (other than abandoning Claws!)
mod. edit: moved to ARM section
Seems like it could be theme-related.
I’m personally not accustomed to Raspberry Pi systems, but if the default themes are the same as a typical Manjaro Plasma install, “Breeze” defaults to a blue highlight color.
See if changing to the “Breath” theme is more palatable.
If that doesn’t bring any joy, you could instead try;
System Settings → Colours & Themes → Colours; and change the accent colour, which is generally used as the highlight colour.
That said, whether Claws Mail actually utilises the accent colour, I can’t say.
Regards.
Update:
Well, now, after installing claws-mail
, I can say…
Claws uses the accent color defined (as mentioned above) in Plasma, so that should solve the issue. Now, I’ll uninstall it again (Thunderbird user here).
Regards.
I use Claws-Mail, I use the Breath-Dark Theme, but experienced no problems moving from Plasma5 to Plasma6.
So I suspect you are using a different Theme.
