When I try to install yay from official repo, I get an option to select “privilege elevation”.
I’m not sure how this may affect me and should I check this or not.
Couldn’t find any explanation on this on the official manjaro aur page
You don’t need to install doas as you already have sudo installed. doas is an optional dependency of yay, so you can leave the box unchecked when installing yay via Pamac.
