Potential performance gains for aarch64 in kernel 5.10

I was reading a Phoronix article this morning that suggests that mremap system call optimisations in linux 5.10 may bring significant performance gains (8–20x) to aarch64 hardware.

Wow. an 8x speed improvement of memory. That’s nice.

I like this quote:
